Dear Jan and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. Sharon and I started out as clients, but over the next 35 years we would all become friends as well. Each of you will be close to our hearts and in our prayers. May the thoughts and support from family and friends bring comfort and peace, even if it is for a brief moment, may God keep close and provide shelter in his loving embrace.

Dear Jan and family,
We were shocked to hear of Dave's passing as we were so hopeful that we could have connected again you both at VCG after this pandemic passed more.
We wish we could have made his Memorial Service, but we had other obligations that prevented us from attending.
We have fond memories of our connections at VCG and we hope that we can see you there again in the near future.
Our prayers are with you and the entire family as you deal with this huge loss in your lives. Please cling to those great memories you have and "Take One Day at a time" !
Sincerely,
Mike & Donna McCoy

To Amy, Jan & the Suthard family: We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Suthard. We have nothing but wonderful memories of him sitting sidelines at all our softball games. I remember during one of our Rockford tournaments we were in the losers bracket on Sunday morning and had to play 6 games to make it into the championship game - which we did. We were tired, sunburned and running on fumes and Mr. Suthard was the one keeping up motivated, cheering us on and telling us to “Carpe Diem”! He was a great man and he will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Jan and family--we remember your dear husband, David. He was such a extraordinary person, who always had time for people, and ear to listen, and a sense of humor that kept everyone on their toes. I remember him fondly attending the Zion Park District board meetings and he brought joy to the room, truly. He will be deeply missed. So, sorry to hear this news. God bless you all.
