Obituary of Gloria Sue Littles
Gloria Sue Littles passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 in Walnut Creek, California. She was born July 1, 1954 in Waukegan, IL to Roosevelt and Lucretia Littles. Gloria had been living in Antioch, California for the past four years.
Gloria spent the majority of her life as a resident of Illinois and attended elementary and high school in Zion. She graduated from National Louis University with a Bachelors of Art Degree and Masters of Science Degree. She retired from AT&T, Legal Department. After retiring, her desire to help others led her to work for victims of domestic abuse, WINGS (Women In Need Growing Stronger), a counselor at Lake County Health Dept. and in California she assisted children with mental health issues. She attended Fellowship Church in Antioch, CA.
Gloria loved to travel and enjoyed many cruises throughout the world to places such as Spain, Alaska, Italy and many other locations throughout the US and Mexico.
She was a loving and caring daughter, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend to so many who appreciated having her lively spirit in their company. She is survived by two brothers: James Ronald of Oakland, CA, Donald Ray (Marlee) of Antioch, CA, and three sisters: Elaine (Tommie) of Crete, IL, Janet Faye of Antioch, CA, and Roslyn (Clarence) of North Chicago, IL, in addition to many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, who will sincerely and dearly miss our sister, Gloria Sue.
She is preceded in death by her parents Roosevelt and Lucretia Littles.
