Obituary of Beverly Mae Jackson

Beverly Mae Jackson, 60, of Zion, IL, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Beverly was born October 12, 1960 in Zion, IL to Robert and Geraldine Johnson. She attended Zion Benton Township High School graduating with the class of 1978, and was employed with Ameritech as a telephone operator for many years. On April 7, 2001, Beverly married David Jackson in Waukegan. Beverly was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Beverly is survived by her husband David Jackson; children, Melissa Josephson, Leticia (Brad) Simoneaux and Ryan (Kelli Arigi) Johnson; grandchildren, Jenna, Kaitlynn, Lacie, Zoey, Ivy and Nolan; sisters, Susan Frye and Carolyn (Rick) Zudonyi; several nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021, 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL 60099. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private for the family.
