Obituary of Ronald Tate

Ronald Lee Tate, 62, of Beach Park, IL, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2021. Ronald was born October 9, 1958 in Waukegan, IL. He married Gail Vedder on June 19, 1982. He worked for Beach Park Public Works Department and Perfekt Punch. Ronald enjoyed fishing, hunting, cars and guns. He loved spending time with his precious grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Gail Tate; sons, Adam (Sharon) Tate, Andrew (Melissa) Tate and Ryan Tate; grandchildren, Brandon, Emma, and DaniLynn; mother, Shirley Tate; and a sister, Sandy (Ron) Harlow. He was preceded in death by his father, William; and brother, Rodney Tate. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude's or the American Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
