Mike was a great guy, was so good to my son, treated him as if he were his own, talked with him, listened to him, kept him busy. My son loved him like a father. As did I for being such a great role model and loving my son. He was best friends with Chris who also looked out for him. I'm pretty sure there up there shooting the shit about cars right now. FLY HIGH MIKE FOREVER LOVED FOREVER MISSED RIP MIKE so sorry Chris Love you Mom

What can I say about this lovely family and how much I truly (as well as my children) will miss Mike and always be touched by our short time of knowing this man. Being neighbors with them this past 2.5 years, we have created a genuine relationship with Jackie, Mike and the boys.
I will forever feel grateful to have have our lives touched. Mike genuinely helped me with my first new home purchase, would give me advice in regards to my house and also in life... He was also the first person to bail me out of my driveway being filled with snow and after watching me shovel a few rows out in my flip- flops, would come to relieve me :) by plowing it.
But not before some good banter. If I tried to compensate him with anything, he would refuse. And tell me "we are neighbors and that is what neighbors do". I have so much love and respect for this family, words cant suffice. My kids and I feel truly blessed to have met such a wonderful family. And we will always remember Mike, I certainly will not forget his voice or his contagious laugh.

Mike used to make me smile all the time, his laugh was so contagious, his smile always was great to see. He worked with my husband Danny for years. We were blessed to know him and his family. He will be so missed by so many people

We are very saddened by Mike’s passing. When you lived next to us in beach park you were great friends. We missed you when you moved. Mike was fun to talk to and hang out with. My deepest sympathy to the family.

The Mike I knew was kind, caring, funny, helpful, daring, talented, trustworthy, honest, thoughtful, wild, tough and most of all a good man and friend. I will miss hearing his loud raspy voice and his strong manly hugs. Rest in Peace my friend I will see you again.

Mike and my husband had a bond that was strong. Mike was wonderful when I lost my husband. Always concerned for my well being. A strong giant with a heart of gold.
My deepest sympathy and love to the family. Mike will be missed by many and we will all cherish our memories of our times together.
My love, prayers and sympathy to Jackie, Chris and Brett.
