Gay was such a joy to be around, I especially loved her chicked song. When I first started working for Brookdale, I learned that song the very first day. Gay was always so pleased and thankful to the staff for always helping her. She will be dearly missed. My condolences to all of your family. Gay will always have a special place in my heart.

MY WIFE'S FAMILY WERE GREAT FRIENDS WITH THE BROWNS MY WIFE'S DAD WAS FROM ELTON AND HER MOTHER FROM ANTIGO . THE KEGLEYS WERE RELATED TO THE BROWNS. GAY SAT WITH ME AT CHARLOTTE FATHERS WAKE AND HAROLD OFFICIATED. AS GAY SHARED WITH ME THAT WHEN WE GET TO HEAVEN WHAT A GREAT PARTY WE WILL HAVE. To the Brown Family, It is with great sorrow that I learned of the passing of the Matriarch of your Family and church Gay. While I never met her, I have heard several storys about her and things she has done. I made the decision that she was quite a special woman. I know several members of her family, and it showed how prowd they are of her. I know she will be missed by all who know her, and I know you will all carry on her message.
