Dear Margaret and family,
We just found out about Cecil's passing. Due to COVID, we weren't able to see Cecil for coffee on Sunday mornings and didn't know until way too late. We're heartbroken for your loss. Cecil was one of a kind, they don't make them like him anymore. He always made me laugh without even trying. Heaven will be hopping now. St. Peter has his sleeves rolled up awaiting his arrival.
