Over the years I worked with Bill many times on both freight and passenger trains. He loved railroading and was good at it. He earned the nickname "Billy Bain" for his many years of the working the Kenosha/Bain Switchrun. He didn't have any enemies here and I'm sure there are none where he has gone. We shared a sort of kinship, a couple of "Jack Mormons" as they're called in Utah. I'm sure that doesn't mean anything, and he's up there now waiting for the list so he can get the pick-up ready for the Bain Turn. Switch 'em out Bill and if you get a chance say "hi" to my dad.
