Our condolences to the Zika family. My wife Judy and her family the Mill family lived many years across the street from Bill and Delores. What a wonderful couple. I've known Bill since I married Judy 51 years ago and have lived across the street from Bill for the last 15 years. What a gentleman who would do anything for you. A better friend and neighbor you couldn't ask for. God Bless!!

We were both so sorry to hear of Bill’s passing! He was a great neighbor and did so many kind, nice and helpful things for us. We remember several years ago we needed some help with our kitchen door going into the basement. We were going to start watching our little great-grandson and wanted to be sure the door was able to be closed tightly so there wouldn’t be any accidents with the steps. Bill had recently had eye surgery and wasn’t supposed to be doing too much. But he carried that door to his house, made the adjustment to the size and was back in a minute!
Sharing a glass of wine and little visits over coffee bring happy memories to mind. Now he is having coffee with Delores once again! What I nice picture of him and Zipper! God bless all of your family. He will be missed by many.

I am very saddened to learn the news of Bill’s passing. I worked with Bill at OMC and he was always an extremely outstanding guy. I learned a lot from him. On one occasion I found myself having to line up overnight to get my son admitted to Magnet School. I was sitting not very comfortably in my car when a huge RV showed up. I remember thinking how lucky that person was. It turned out to be Bill and Dolores dropping off their RV for me to use! That was the type of people Bill and Dolores were. Bill was always a very up-beat guy and will be greatly missed.

I was one of the lucky ones who got window boxes made for my little house by Papa Zika. What great parents you Zika kids had! Every year I looked forward to seeing the (ever growing) reunion picture of your family. “All because two people fell in love”. And shared some of that love with the rest of us. My sincerest condolences to all of you. Love you Trisha.
