Obituary of Tracy L. Bugner

Tracy L. Bugner of Beach Park, Illinois passed away on May 6, 2020. Tracy was born to Walter "Earl" Lloyd and Bonita "Bonnie" Lloyd on February 9, 1970 in Montpelier, Ohio. She graduated from Glendale High School in Arizona, where she met her devoted husband, Vincent J. Bugner. They were married on September 21, 1991. Together they had two daughters, Heather (Lorelei) Bassler and Melissa (Daniel) Bennett. Tracy enjoyed taking family vacations to warm, sunny places such as Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and to visit extended family in northern Florida. Tracy was always welcoming to people of all walks of life and was renowned for her snack spreads at every birthday, graduation, and holiday party. She always lent a hand to anyone in need and was a volunteer with ElderCARE of Lake County. Tracy's smile and laughter lit up every room she walked into. She now joins her mother, Bonnie, and her sister, Dawn, who preceded her in death. Tracy will rest at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park in Zion, Illinois. A private ceremony will be held for immediate family. Memorial donations in Tracy’s name may be made to ElderCARE of Lake County.
