Obituary of Richard Mounsey Bell

Richard Mounsey Bell IV, 77, of Zion, IL, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2020. Richard was born December 18, 1942 in Salem, OR. He married Darlene Kohls on December 29, 1962 and together they raised three children. He was a dedicated member of St. Patrick’s Church in Wadsworth. He was a member of AA for 43 years. Richard served in the United States Navy for 25 years and retired as a Senior Chief Musician. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Darlene; children, Richard Mounsey (Kandeee) Bell V, Robert (Debi) Bell, and Shelene (Damond) Matthews; grandchildren, Richard Mounsey Bell VI, Jackie Bell, Courtnie Woods, Bianca Bell, Zaven Bell, Lexi Winandy, Abigail Loeffler-Bell, Joseph Loeffler-Bell, Daran Matthews, Dillon Matthews, and Haylie Matthews; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Mounsey Bell III; mother, Elsie Bell; and a brother, Charles Bell. At this time there will not be any services.
