Obituary of Harry C Pettengill Jr.

Harry C. Pettengill, Jr. 86, of Winthrop Harbor, IL. passed away on April 4. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; his two children, Rachel and Eric (Jennifer) and his two grandchildren Loki and Connor. In addition to being a dedicated and loving husband and father, Harry was a decorated veteran of the US Army. Before retiring, Harry worked at Abbott Laboratories for 20 years, displaying a wonderful knack for solving problems. In his spare time, Harry lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures of sailing. Due to these uncertain times, services will be postponed. A Memorial Service will be announced once the family can determine a date.
