Obituary of Wynola Cooper DeMarco
Wynola Cooper DeMarco, 71 years old of Palatine, IL, formerly of Zion, IL, passed away on March 23, 2020. She is survived by her siblings Bleau Cooper, Phyllis Cooper (Larry) Wier and Jerry (Carol) Cooper and their families. Known as the sassy aunt that loved bling, she will be missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and Godchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents (Austin and Georgia Wright Cooper) and grandparents.
Her passion in life was going on travel adventures, being a baton twirler, teacher and judge, she was also a member of the National Baton Twirling Judges Association and was inducted to the Baton Twirlers Hall of Fame in Janesville, WI. She loved watching her students compete, perform and grow up to do great things over the years.
Wynola had her own accounting firm and previously was a senior finance manager with Nextel. She is a former member of the Winthrop Harbor United Methodist Church and the Willow Creek Church in Barrington.
Due to the current virus outbreak in IL there won’t be a service at this time, the family will have a memorial later at Mt Olivet in Zion, IL.
