I'll never forget Doug.
In the early 1980s we had just installed computerized automation equipment at the Lake County Public Water District's Zion plant and posted a question on a DEC users society on-line bulletin board. Doug not only answered our question but came to the plant and spent hours helping us master this new equipment. I was amazed by his passion for the technology and willingness to share his knowledge of this new tech so freely.
