SO SORRY TO HEAR OF YOU'RE DAD'S PASSING. I KNEW VERNIE VERY WELL. WE WERE IN THE PASSION PLAY TOGETHER. LISTEN TO HIM SING IN THE ZION CHIOR @ THE CHRISTIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. HE, AND MY BROTHER WENDELL, ALONG WITH DON LABELLE PLAYED FOOTBALL TOGETHER AT ZION-BENTON HIGH SCHOOL IN 1948.

Grew up across the street from Mr Edwards and what fond memories do I have of him. He sang at our wedding 35 yrs ago and people still remember and talk of it. Such a beautiful voice. God said it was time for him to join Lily and who can be sad for that. Our deepest condolences to the family
