Ethel was a dear friend and a great encourager to me. Happy to hear she is home with the Lord but realize she leaves a hole behind. Lifting up the family in prayer during this time.

Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth. Say to the daughter of Zion, “Behold, your salvation comes; behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.”
We fully expect to hear, “Hey Kid” when we get to heaven and discover Ethel at the Welcome Center. We’ll share something silly and she’ll say, “Oh, brother.” Then Ethel will dish out some important information that we’re going to need.
To my friends, Jill and Lee, our love and deepest condolences to you. Thank you for caring for Ethel, making her days comfortable and seeing her safely home.
Love, Don and Sandy

Dear Jill,
So sorry for the loss of your dear mother. She and Jean were such good friends since their childhoods. It was wonderful how your folks, Jean, and other friends kept up with holiday celebrations together, and more, throughout their lives. I certainly remember your mom helping at Camp and at church. A special memory is when she was heading up the manning of the Shiloh Park concession stand for CCC. It was so fun working with you, making all of the treats together. Well done, Jill, for how you lovingly took care of your mom as her health failed, all while working full time! Wishing you peace, and encouragement, and rest in the coming days.
Love,
Sherry
