Obituary of Lionel Schlicht

Lionel Schlicht, of Beach Park, passed peacefully on Feb 5th, 2019 with his wife of 25 years, Helen, at his side. Lionel was born in Madison, WI and was a graduate of Madison East High School and Madison Business College. He was retired from Baxter Medical Supply Corp.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Margaret; his brother, Daryl Schlicht. He is survived by his wife Helen; his sons, Michael (Cheryl), Timothy (Carol), and Lionel (Kirna) Schlicht; his daughters, Cheryl Hoff, Cynthia Schewe, and Teresa Schlicht; step-daughters, Pamela O’Hara, Patricia Banske, Teri DeSario and step-son, William Tomczak. 22 grandchildren/step-grandchildren and 12 great/step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL 60099 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Pine View Cemetery in Beach Park, IL 60087.
