Obituary of Margery M. Littlejohn

Margery M. Littlejohn, 96, of Beach Park, IL, passed away January 15, 2019 at Rolling Hills Manor.

Margery was born August 28, 1922. On July 11, 1942, she married her beloved Loren Littlejohn in Kahokia, Missouri. They later moved to Zion, Illinois where they shared their lives at The Littlejohn Farm of Russell Road and Old 41. Margery loved caring for her family, as she was the matriarch of the Littlejohn family. She was also a lifelong bookkeeper of United Oil Products.

She is survived by her children, Lucy (Ed) Becker, Susan (Richard) Gryszkiewicz, Kent (Kim) Littlejohn; grandchildren, John (Vesna) Becker, Steven Becker, Amy (Joshua) Russell, Julie (Thomas) Cabaj, Dawn Hebert, Gregory (Carrie) Littlejohn; step-grandchilren, Julie (Michael) Bowen, Michael (Stephanie) Henney; and 15 great-grandchilren.

Margery is preceded in death by her husband, Loren; and her daughter, Sally.

Services will be private for the family.
