Momma, I love and miss you and Poppa more than words can express. You will always be my "Honey Bunny" and I will continue to talk with you daily, as I do with Poppa, updating you on the activities and changes in my life. It will take time for me to overcome the loneliness I feel without you here, but I know we will all be together again and until that day arrives you and Poppa will always be with me in my heart and prayers. I love you Momma, Your Daughter, Sis.

Mom, we will always love and miss you but we'll all be together again someday and until that day comes, you'll be in our hearts and prayers. I will surely miss you come hair-cut day, who am I going to go with and then have lunch with afterwards?? This is not good-bye as I will still talk with you everyday as I do with Daddy, sharing the Grandkids' stories and giving you updates on what I'm doing. I love you Mom, your daughter, "Babe"

I was 4 years old when Lil left Sault Ste. Marie, to young of course to remember. But I do remember taking trips down to Zion when I was younger. I remember staying at her house on Sheridan Rd. It was a beautiful house. I remember the white brick outside. I don't know how old I was, but I do remember Christine at that time for some reason, and of course Bill.
I remember them coming up here to the Sault when we were all kids; going to Callahan's store. The butcher was cutting up a deer and gave us a couple hoofs. I was living on Division St. then and Callahan's was just down the street. I don't remember anything else of that day. Certain things stick out more clearly when your younger.
I remember on a visit to Zion, my Aunt Ponsie (Frances), Uncle Wes, Andy and Aunt Vi all lived together on Elisha. Aunt Vi would take me down to the Dairy Queen for my favorite meal, hamburger and fries...They were so good, I remember.
Andy took me down the street, there was a machine you put money in and you got a quart of chocolate milk, we shared...
I remember when my mom had to have a heart operation at Milwaukee General, Lil and Bill were here to pick her up, I believe. They were so good to my mom; I've always remembered that. Christine also,we stayed at her apartment off of Mayfield I believe.
Christine was married to Doug and we thought he was a gem.
My computer is acting up so I had better get off to make sure this gets to you. I will be happy to make a donation to the Mercy Home in lieu of flowers.
I loved you Lil, please hug Jesus and my family in heaven for me. I will be happy to see my home someday.
Love you all, we will miss her greatly, but she is in a much better place...xxxxoooo

To my Illinois cousins - I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Lil. I remember her and your dad coming to a family wedding back in 1973 - it was the first time I remember meeting them. She was so much fun, we had a blast. Please remember that we are thinking of all of you and understand your pain. Remember the good times you all had with her - it does help. We are here for you if you need us.
