Obituary of Becky Lou Adams

Some of you might remember Becky as the Hallmark lady, having retired from the Zion Hallmark store after ten years. There, she was well known for her quick smile and willingness to help others.

Becky loved spending time with her family and especially loved a rousing game of Yahtzee which she often won!  She could be found regularly with a deck of cards in her hands playing a game of solitaire or watching one of her game shows.  Time with her Grandsons when they were growing up was a priority and she loved them dearly.

Becky is survived by her daughters Maureen Wenzel and Karri Lucas. Her siblings Bobby, Jerry and Ramona as well. Becky had five Grandsons and one Granddaughter in-law: Matt and Kendra, Jacob, T.J., Rowdy and Easton.

Becky will be missed but those of you that know her story know she was in a lot of pain towards the end and on a cycle of in and out of hospitals. We now know that she is home in her Heavenly Father’s arms where the streets are golden.  No “Cadillac” walker needed!

Celebration service will be held Sunday, September 2^nd at 5:00 p.m.  Light food and drink will follow for gathering and sharing stories.
