Obituary of Jason M. Kangas

Jason M. Kangas, 39, of Chicago, IL passed away April 7, 2018.

Jason was born June 24, 1978 in Waukegan IL.  He was a resident of Winthrop Harbor and Waukegan, and attended Zion Benton High School.  Jason was self employed, and formerly worked in the Information Technology field.  He enjoyed trips up north, hunting and fishing, photography, attending concerts, bike riding, motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.  In his youth, he enjoyed working on cars and bicycles with his stepdad Rick.  He was deeply loved and will be missed by all until we meet again in our heavenly home.  

Jason is survived by his mother, Janice Crider; stepfather, Richard Crider; and sister, Julie (Jeff) Gyger. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Kangas, and his grandparents.

Services will be private.
