I was shocked and sadden to read about Bobby. I have know him since our days at the White Hen. He was such a caring man and just a great guy. Harold and My thoughts and prayers go out to Bonnie and all his family. I know how much he will be missed. Last time we talked he was telling us about his grandchildren. He was truly proud of them.

I am so very sorry to read of your family’s loss. During sad times like this, I like to reflect on 1 Cor. 15:25, which tells us how God feels . . . about death. There we read: “The last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” This helps us to see that death is not a part of life, because here God refers to it as our ‘enemy.’ As a result, at Acts 24:15, God promises there will be a resurrection, of our loved ones who’ve fallen asleep in death—back to life on earth—so that we can see them again. I sincerely hope these scriptures help to comfort your family as they have mine, and if you'd like to read the Bible online, or learn more about God's promises for our loved ones who've fallen asleep in death, please feel free to visit JW. org. Condolences to everyone especially to Bonnie and his children . I first met Bobby in 7th or 8 th grade at West School in Waukegan . He was singing a Elvis song where he was a patrol boy, we were in the same class of 1957. Of course many years later worked with him as a Zion Police Officer where I retired .

My sincere condolences to Bonnie and the family. Bobby will be truly missed. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Police Department and I shared a friendship with him and Bonnie that continued after we both retired. We used to share memories and trivia of music, movies and performers from the 50s and 60s. I thoroughly enjoyed their sense of humor and friendship.
My most sincere sympathy and prayers for Bonnie and his entire family.

Many of us worked with Bobby at the Zion Police Department and we are saddened for your loss and express our deepest condolences. Bobby will definitely be missed but his memories live on with his family and his extended family at the Zion Police Department.
Bobby was the first sergeant I worked for when I joined the force in 1986. He was a good, fair, respectable man to work for.
Respectfully,
Steve Dumyahn

My prayers & blessings go out to Bob, Bonnie, Tracey, Chris & family. I have very fond memories of Bob growing up and being together with family. I used to visit with him and his police dog when I was young. I was inspired to become a police officer for a few years because of him. Bob was so funny. He would drive Bonnie all the way up to Devil's Lake to camp with us and then turn around, and drive back home. Well, he is back home now. Many blessing to him.
