Obituary of Anthony Myllymaki

Anthony Myllymaki, 35, passed away on December 3, 2017.  

He was born July 16, 1982 in Waukegan, IL.  He played hockey in his youth for the Lake County Atoms and then the inaugural Warren Varsity Hockey team.  So it goes to say he was a big Blackhawks fan.  Anthony also was an avid pool player.

He is survived by his mother, Lise (Kangas); his brother, Steven (Stefanie); relatives in the U.S. and Finland; and his beloved dog, Bella.  He was preceded in death by his father, Jari; uncle, Tim Kangas; grandparents, Antti and Meeri Kangas, and Matti and Maire Myllymaki.

The family has respectfully decided to have a private funeral and not the three day affair with ice sculptures, open bar and food as Anthony wanted.
