Obituary of Evelyn McDaniel

McDaniel, Evelyn F. 84, of Beach Park died on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Terrace Nursing Home with her husband by her side. Evelyn was born November 26, 1927 in Vernon, Alabama. She married Leathal McDaniel on January 13, 1946 in Columbus, Mississippi. Evelyn was a 45 year member of Lakeview Church in Zion. Survivors include her husband, Leathal; three sons, Danny (Rayle) McDaniel, Sherman McDaniel, and Terry (Angela) McDaniel; three grandchildren, Ryan, Sara and Timothy; and one sister, Doris Frye. She was preceded in death by her father and mother; and 7 siblings. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Lakeview Church, 1821 Sheridan Road, Zion with Pastor Les Martin officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m, until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be private.
