Obituary of Betty Kleineschay
Kleineschay, Betty Jewell 89, of Waukegan, IL passed away on October 29, 2011 in Waukegan.
She was born August 17, 1922 in Whiteville, TN to Harvey and Leona Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and one sister. She was a member of Lakeview Church in Zion and former member of Village Church of Gurnee. She enjoyed using her gift of hospitality to all she met. Her faith in God and caring for her family were most important to her, but she also enjoyed a good game of scrabble or dominoes with dear friends.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, David; two sons, James of Waukegan and Phil (Kwanrithai) of Maple Grove, MN; one daughter, Cheryl (AI) O'Dette of Gurnee; seven grandchildren, Detra (Rich) Conley, Roxanne (Kevin) Michels, Christy (Tom) Langley, and Brian (Becca) O'Dette all of Gurnee, and Trevor Austin and Ben Kleineschay of Maple Grove, MN; seven great-grandchildren, James Glogovsky III, Mallorie, Amanda, and Nicholas Michels, Mitchell Reich, and Gabriel O'Dette all of Gurnee; one sister, Louise MacDonald of Zion, IL; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, followed by a funeral services at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Les Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Libertyville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lakeview Church in Zion
