Obituary of Mark Koziol

Mark Koziol, 51, formerly of Waukegan, IL died suddenly on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in Chicago. Mark was born September 29, 1961 in Waukegan. Survivors include his mother Sally Koziol; two sisters Kim Massimo, Tami Ochoa, and Debbie (Chuck) Shields; two uncles Walter (Fran) Koziol and John (Sharon) Lindquist; one aunt Susan Epker; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father John Koziol; maternal grandparents Phyllis and Lawrence Lindquist; paternal grandparents John Koziol Sr. and Catherine Davis; one uncle Robert Epker; and one cousin Daniel Epker. Services were private for the family at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL. Mark is now at peace.
