I knew Barb from Dr. Janks office. When she knew I was a belly dancer on the side, back in the 80's, she convinced her husband, Paul, to let me use his Tai-Kwon-Do studio once a week in the evening so Barb and Virginia (and a few other friends) could learn to belly dance with me being the teacher. We worked very diligently on the form of dance, and then blew it all on the last night of class by getting pizza! She was such a wonderful and warm person - she gave really good hugs. I haven't seen her in years, but she will always be the beautiful brown eyed, wondrous long haired, huskily voiced special person I knew then. I will miss her and our memories. My condolences to your family for your loss of a beautiful lady...

This is such shocking sad news to me! I have often thought of Barbie and wished we were in better contact. She is my childhood in the most fond memories! I feel the greatest sadness for you, her family and friends, who now have lost her presence in your lives. Sad but also thankful we all have such wonderful memories of Barbie in our lives.

My deepest sympathies to Jason, Stephanie and the entire family. Barb will be greatly missed. We only knew Barb for about 14 years since Nikki and Jason have been together but Barb was so outgoing and you felt like you've known her many years. She always greeted us with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. We will miss her and you can get some solace with knowing she is now with your dad, Paul.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. When death takes our loved ones, we feel helpless. Death is never easy and it brings great sorrow. But know that God will surround and comfort you at this difficult time. God is close to the brokenhearted and helps those crushed in spirit. Psalms 34:18.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I haven't seen Barbie in years, but she remains in my memory as the sweet little sister of Libby. To know the Macaluso family is a treasure I am so lucky to have had. God bless you and your family and rest in peace. No one can ever touch that smile.

This is very hard for me to write. My sister Barbie was a Special Person. Kind,Understanding , Funny,, always there for eveyone and had a Wonderful Soul.
I will miss her forever and she will be in my heart forever. When she passed into the hands of the Lord a little piece of my heart broke.
To Stephanie and Jason.. You are very strong, wonderful kids.. You took care of your Mom so well and every time I came over she was happy and laughing. I loved bringing her flowers and little things to always make her smile. she always said" Oh you shouldn't have done that"! I wanted to do that!
Love you Barbara Ann and enjoy eternity with Paul and Mom and Dad and Virginia.I will see you some day and we will be together in eternity.

At a time like this there just aren't the words to console.
I have memories of Barbie as a young child playing with my sisters and brothers in Countryside Lake . She was always happy and easy to get along with. She was the go to person when there were upsets. She was always interested in anything a person said or did.
I remember her wedding, she was radiant and so happy to be Paul's wife.
She touched the lives of many people and will be missed.
I'm sure she is home now with her Paul, her parents and all those who have gone before.
