Obituary of William R. Lindner

William R. Lindner, age 37, of Green Bay and formerly of Zion, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday July 23rd in GreenBay, WI.

He was born on August 2, 1979 in Waukegan, IL, the son of Charles Lindner and the late Judith Grubbs Ocenosek. He was married to Tara Owen Lindner on October 2, 2010. William was employed as a mover with a moving company in Green Bay.  

Surviving William are his wife Tara of Green Bay, his son, William James John “JJ” and his daughter Avonell R. Lindner, step father Gary Ocenosek, aunts; Joy Grubbs, Char Salica, Barb Hendrickson, Janet Grubbs, Kim Jarrett and uncle Bill Grubbs Jr. 

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Judy Ocenosek, an aunt, Bessie Dennis and his grandparents. 

A visitation will be held at the Congdon Funeral Home 3012 Sheridan Rd. Zion, IL on Sunday July 30, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.  The visitation will continue on Monday July 31st at the Spirit of Life Pentecostal Church 1222 Lorelei Dr, Zion, IL 60099 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at The Garden of Memories Cemetery in North Chicago, IL.
