Obituary of Bobby Burleson

Bobby D. Burleson, 81, of Zion, IL, died on Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Vista Medical Center East, Waukegan, IL. Bobby was born March 3, 1931,in Tupelo, MS, and was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator. He loved to fish and ride his bicycle. Bobby's major enjoyment was his grandchildren. Survivors include four children, Ronald (Mary) Burleson of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Terry Strazer of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Tamala Summerhill of Tacoma, WA, and Patricia Burleson of Tacoma, WA; seven grandchildren, Nichole, Nina, Christina, James, Jessica, Michael and Jesse; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers; three sisters; many nieces and nephews and other family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; granddaughter, Brandi; and his parents. Funeral services are private for the family.
