The past creates the present... The present creates the future...
Along the way we make huge mistakes. But in the end we get to go to a better place...

Dad is in his "new and glorious" body in Christ Jesus and has entered "through the gates into the city". We are so thankful for all of the love/support, kind words from family, friends, and church family. I have grieved over the years whenever he lost skills/memories. I am glad he is free of Alzheimer's but now that dad is gone I realize that it will take time and more grieving. Miss you dad and mom. Your daughter, Kathy

My sincere condolences to the family of a man who lived his faith in Jesus and gave praise in music. I was privileged to have been an audience to his worship.

Kathy, Dorothy, Rick, & Carl's family:
I have so many fond memories of Uncle Carl over the years. I will always treasure the music he played and the many memorable songs he played from Christian to folks and country to Christmas. Such a talent who liked to bring joy to his listeners!
His caring always went beyond the music, always asking about family, parents, spouse, and children.
While we may not be there in person for the Sunday/Monday services, our thoughts and prayers will be there to lift you all up in strength/spirit.
Peace be with the Nolen family,
Gary Crossley

Carl Nolen was my grandfather. He is loved and will be missed by many people. I know that he is in heaven looking down at us. This is a sad time, but he is with God now. This is the time we remember the best memories we have of him. I love him dearly.
Thank you,
Kelly Gray

I am sorry for your loss. But know in God's Word the Bible found at Revelation 21:4 which says, He will wipe out every year from their eyes and death will be no more and death will be no more, neither mourning, nor pain be anymore. Look forward to this wonderful promise.
