Obituary of Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson, 49, of Winthrop Harbor, IL died on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan, IL. He was born December 27, 1967 in Waukegan. Erik drove all over the US for Shurway Moving, based in Libertyville, IL for 22 years. He enjoyed his annual fishing trips with friends. Whenever his travel took him close to Arizona he would stop to visit with his parents Tom & Judy Douglas and maybe even get in a golf game. He is survived by his brother Chris (Debbie) Johnson; sister Dana Johnson; nephews Mason and Max Lundy; great-niece Octavia Lundy; uncle Jack (Sheila) Christopherson; aunt Jill (Paul) Hansen; and cousins Kyle Christopherson, Megan Johnson, and Abbey Golden. He was preceded in death by his father Gerald Johnson. Services will be private for the family.
