Obituary of Lorraine Sorrentino

Lorraine (Klein) Sorrentino, 93, passed away after a brief illness on March 6, 2017. Born July 7 in Peru, Illinois she had lived in Waukegan, Beach Park, and most recently Winthrop Harbor. She was married for 40 years to her high school sweetheart, Angelo who preceded her in death. Lorraine was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers. She is survived by her three sons Rick (Ann), Randy, Ron (Tara); six grandchildren Kim (Mark), Bob (Cori), Tracy (Dan), Steve (Natalie), Samantha (Joel), Adam (Brianna) and twelve great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. There were many more who called her friend. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 1:30 - 5:00 pm at the Winthrop Harbor Community Center, 1520 7th Street, Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096.
