Talking with Kevin around Christmas time, he was at peace with himself, his life and his family. Kevin was a firm believer in his Lord God, and I believe he tried to live his life as an instrument of God. Kevin was always thoughtful of others, tried always to look at the good in life, and I will miss him as a friend.
Cody and Conner, Kevin always spoke very highly about both of you. For the 20+ years that we knew each other, Kevin always updated me about the good things you were doing in your life. He was a very proud father. The last couple times we talked, he said the thing he was going to miss most was not being able to spend any more time with you and watch your lives develop.
