Obituary of Cody Lane Grinus

Cody Lane Grinus, a home schooled student and resident of Kenosha, WI died form a car accident on November 21, 2016 at the early age of 18. Cody is survived by his parents, Tracy and Alisha Grinus; his siblings, Cory, Chase, Miranda and Jessica; his grandparents, Bob and Pam Kelly, Sandra Ward and Tommy Blair; great-grandma Gena Miller, great-grandma Kelly, great-grandpa Parker; fiancé, Brandi Alicia Franzen; best friend, Sergio Lopez; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Terry Grinus; great-grandfather Buck Miller; great-grandfather Giacomel; and great-grandmother Parker. Cody was a devoted son born in Waukegan, IL on January 15, 1998 to Tracy and Alisha Grinus. He graduated from the Redsmoon Academy of Kenosha, WI in 2016. Cody was also a problem-solver who often took on difficult and unwanted projects at work and around the house.
