Obituary of Louise McWhorter

Louise McWhorter, 85, of Beach Park, Il, formerly of Waukegan, IL died September 12, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, WI. Louise was born February 14, 1931 in Kenosha, WI. She was raised in Kenosha and graduated from Bradford High School in Kenosha. She loved gardening, stitching, and riding her bicycle. She loved going out to the cottage with the ladies and evening walks, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Louise is survived by her sons, Ricky (Andrea) McWhorter of Washington, Bruce (Tami) McWhorter of Virginia, Michael (Laura) McWhorter of Ohio, and Mark McWhorter of Illinois; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James McWhorter; and daughter, Barbara Reynolds. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL.
