Obituary of Jean Moore

Jean H. Moore, "Maw Maw", 69, of Bristol, WI, formerly of Winthrop Harbor, IL, died unexpectedly on Monday, September 3, 2012. Jean was born May 30, 1943, to Eulon and Sarah Hutcheson. She married her late husband, Bobby Moore on March 17, 1959. Jean had been employed for Rolling Hills Manor in Zion and prior to that was a many year employee of the Zion Cookie Factory. During her time in Winthrop Harbor she was a volunteer for the Winthrop Harbor VFW. Jean is survived by a daughter, Tammy (Roger) Stried of Bristol, WI; a son, Randy (Kristi) Moore of Round Lake, IL; grandchildren, Wes (Tara) Snow, Melissa Snow, Lauren Moore, Kyle Zabresky, and Brittany Moore; great-grandchildren, Jared, Colton, and Claryssa; brother, Millard Evetts of Corinth, MS; daughter-in-law, Patricia Moore of Winthrop Harbor, IL; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby, in 1995; son, Bobby in 2010; brother, Garvin Evetts, and her parents. Visitation will be Saturday, September 8, 2012, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL
