Obituary of Danny Gonzalez

Danny Gonzalez, 53, of Waukegan, IL died Monday, May 2, 2016 at Highland Park Hospital. Danny was born August 15, 1962 in Waukegan. He attended Waukegan East High School and was self employed in maintenance. He married Elizabeth Taylor in August of 1990. Danny enjoyed fishing and camping. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; children, Kristen (Kal Cork) Taylor, Brian (Stephanie) Schroeder, Sarah Styles, and Brittany Shook; 6 grandchildren; father, Issac Gonzalez; siblings, Sonny (Loretta) Moldonaldo, Issac Gonzalez Jr., Nancy (Chuck) Dawson, Maryann Gonzalez, Robert (Mercella) Gonzalez, Hilda (Charles) Falk, Henry (Janice) Gonzalez, Trini (Reisa) Gonzalez, Diane (Rick) Johnson, and Richard (Gonzalez; brother-in-law, Bill Morgan; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha in 2010; sister, Irene in 2008; brother, Raymond in 1966; and great-grandchild, Isiah in 2014. Visitation will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be private for the family.
