Sandy, my sister, & I would like to send our condolences to the family. Your family was a big part of our lives, especially when you lived a couple of doors down from us on Edina Blvd. in Zion. Our parents had some good times together. Your dad was a good man.
And I was a little surprised to read that Susan now lives in Fort Worth, not far from me in North Richland Hills.

To the Powers Family, Harold and I are sadden by the loss of Lester. He was a funny and gentle man. I was thinking back to the "old" days when we were children and the picnics at Powers Lake and at mom's house with the pool. I remember uncle Les's home made dandelion wine. Just good simple times.
