Dear Carol and Family . . .
I'm talking with Aunt Norma right now and she mentioned that your Dad had passed away and we wanted to send our condolences. When you and I were growing up, your Dad was always busy with the farm but periodically he would peak into the house to see what us girls were up to. He looked like a 'giant' to me because of his height but he always had such a gentle manner. Not many folks left in Rosecrans from that generation and probably even less from ours but I'm so thankful for all the memories I shared with you and your Family.
We're praying for you all knowing how difficult it must be to loose your folks so close together. May GOD bless you all and comfort your hearts in the days ahead.
