Obituary of Joseph Michael Gabrys

Joseph Michael Gabrys of Libertyville, IL passed away on February 9, 2016 at Winchester House. He was born on September 2, 1944. He served in the United States Marines and lived in Libertyville for 55 years. Joseph was a die-hard Cubs fan. He is survived by his sisters, Helen Bellows and Frances Bond; nieces and nephews, Stephanie (Dan) Latondress, Warner (Cathie) Russell, Dale (Keothip) Russell, Daryl Bellows, Cathie Jo Russell, and John, Michael, and Jennifer Bond; great-nieces and nephews, Warner Russell Jr., Christopher (Stefanie) Russell, Alex Russell, Jason and Erika Latondress, Amy and Jeremy Russell, and Makayla Jordan; great-great-nephew, Christopher; and great-great-niece, Rachael Russell. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, James and Helen Gabrys; brother, Jim Gabrys; sister, Mary Ann Russell on January 9, 2016; niece Angela Bellows; and brothers-in-law, George Bellows and Garcy Bond Jr. Services will be private for the family.
