Obituary of Donald D. Duncan Jr.

Donald D. Duncan Jr., 91, of Waukegan, IL, went to be with his Lord on December 31, 2015, at Rainbow Hospice Ark, Park Ridge, IL. Don was born February 19, 1924, in Waukegan, and served with the United States Army in World War II in the Pacific Theater. He was a former Elder with the First Presbyterian Church in Waukegan; Past Master of Masonic Lodge#78; and a retired employee of IBM. Survivors include his wife, Jean (nee, Eccles) Duncan, son, Donald Duncan III; daughter, Heather (Keith McCready) Duncan; and grandchildren, Kara and Ian McCready. He was preceded in death Donald and Emily Duncan; brothers, Robert and Melford; and sisters, Esther and Lillian. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 122 N. Martin Luther King Dr., Waukegan. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church of Waukegan.
