Nell and Family. We will greatly miss the fun we shared with Jim in our jams. Jim was always an inspiration to us with his beautiful mastery of music. We learned so much from him and thoroughly enjoyed playing music with him. Y'all are in our prayers, and we know that Jim is playing his beautiful music in a far greater and happier place now. God bless you and your family. May He keep you in the palm of His hand.
His quiet, gentle strength and his love for you Nell and his children spoke volumes to us of his great character. He will be missed by all who knew him. We pray God's peace for you and your family in the coming days.
We wish to extend our condolences to Nell and the entire family. We didn't know Jim very long, but enjoyed the jams we shared and enjoyed listening to his and Nell's music. He was a kind and gentle man and will be greatly missed by all.

My sympathy and sorrow to Nell and all the famly. I will greatly miss Jim. He always had a good word for me and it was such a pleasure to have his music whether singing , playing mountain dulcimer or harmonica. So glad we have good memories to carry us through. There were many good jams and many great campouts with Jim and Nell.
I will always remember Jim for his wit.he could always come up with something to make you laugh.we use to spend time at jams,in the back /he was always sharp as . a tack will be sadly miss.
