Dear Dan, Julia, and Allan,
Martha let us know about the home going of your Dad--one of my "favorite" choir directors! I have kept you all in my thoughts and prayers and just wanted you all to know that I have fond memories of him and your Mom...I can picture our Dads greeting each other and joining in singing together once again...May you all sense the comfort and peace found only in Jesus Christ as you celebrate your Dad's life and legacy. I know you will all miss him as we miss our Dad and Mom...but we don't grieve like those who don't have the hope we have in Him! Someday we will be reunited where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or death--and we will live forever with Him! God bless you all! I wish I could be there for the service, but we are living in southwest WI now and are busy caring for Mark's 92 and 94 year old parents who need our constant attention. We send our love and some hugs of comfort to you all!
