Obituary of Patricia M. Boehm

Patricia M. Boehm, 60, of Wadsworth, IL died on July 28, 2015 at Condell Hospital in Libertyville. She was born May 5, 1955 in Chicago. She was formerly employed at the Shanty Restaurant in Wadsworth as a cook. Pat was a loving mother, sister, and friend. Survivors include her son Tyler Weess of Wadsworth, IL; and two sisters Mary (Jim) McKeown and Pamela (Donald) Pierson. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Doris Boehm. Services are private for the family.
