Ed will always be remembered in our home. He used to walk into the office at the campground and say, "What's going on that's good Josh?". We have used this phrase so many times over the years. We even have a "What's going on that's good" jar where we all write down good things that are happening and at the end of the year we read them. Ed was our inspiration for that! Ed also was a big influence on Josh's photography. Ed taught Josh how to frame and mat his photos and we still use many of his tools. Our oldest daughter recently picked up photography at age 11. I wish Ed could have seen some of her work. He will certainly be missed. Betty, we love you and think of you often.
Ed was such a big part of the First Congregational UCC church in Waukegan. We think of him fondly during our Christmas Service, as he spent many years behind the scenes working the lights to make the alter beautiful!
