Nelson was an uncle to my dad (Wendell Arnold McCreary, son of Arnold Floyd McCreary). I met Nelson once when I was very young, at my Grandpa Arnold's funeral, and remember that my dad thought very highly of "Uncle Nelson", and therefore Nelson was held in very high regard in our household.
I am greatly saddened to hear that he has passed, and would like to extend my condolences to his family.
