I was not aware that Mr Hucker passed away last year. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. My family and I send our condolences and warm wishes to the Hucker/Cade family from Germany.
So sorry to hear about your father's passing away and your mother's in February. Living in California all these years we really do not hear much about the family since Larry's mom (Sara Moody Petersen) passed away. Karen's mother who still lives in Grayslake in formed us. To the Hucker family: So many menories for us of Ed (and Jean). For Ruth Ann, many of them were at Faith UMC and all the time and talents Ed gave to the church over so many years. He did the same for Halfway House where we worked. His wonderful sense of humor was evident wherever he went, along with his concern and caring for each of the young men he met. He poured his heart and soul into Halfway House and is largely responsible for its success. His life is a good example of giving back to the community and one that we need more people to emulate today. He will be missed by many.
Please accept my condolences on Mr. Hucker's passing. He was a great guy to have on the Troop 79 Committee and he had a great (and wicked) sense of humor (that Bob inherited).
