Obituary of Janice Seaton

Janice L. Seaton age 76 of Zion, Illinois died on July 24, 2011 at Rolling Hills Manor Nursing Home. Janice was born November 14, 1934 in Ashland, Wisconsin. Daughter of Alvin and Viola Barry. She retired from Baxter Health Care Corporation. Janice enjoyed cooking for friends and relatives. And to exchange recipes. She spent many summers at Lake Benoit Campground in Spooner, Wisconsin. She loved knitting, crocheting, and embroidering. She volunteered at Our Lady of Humility Church helping with funeral dinners. She loved being Grandma to Girl Scout Troop 40008, and helping Family School Association at Our Lady of Humility School. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Zion Chapter #859 since 1975. Survivors include her 2 daughters, Kim M. (Seaton) Reisner and Stephen Reisner; Kerry B. (Seaton) Ewens and Robert Ewens; 3 grandchildren Nicholas Reisner, Benjamin Reisner and Abigayle Ewens; and one brother Thomas Barry. Janice was preceded in death by her husband Donald Seaton on September 9, 2005; Her grandson Robert J. (Bobby) Ewens on February 1, 2001. Mass will be held at Our Lady of Humility Church, 10655 Wadsworth Road, Beach Park on August 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004, www.jdrf.org; Women with Courage Foundation, WWCF P.O.
