Obituary of Charlene Bruce

Charlene A. Bruce, 63, of Zion, IL, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Charlene was born May 7, 1947 in Waukegan. She retired in 2005 after 40 years of civil service with Great Lakes Naval Base. Charlene was also a member of Potawatomi Trails Committee of Zion. Survivors include one sister, Linda (Bill) Brown of Zion; six nieces and nephews; and eleven great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, John L. Bruce; and her parents, Charles and Lorraine Bruce. Private family services will be held later. CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion serving the family.
