Obituary of Lewis Hanna

Hanna, Lewis N. 38, of Winthrop Harbor, IL, died on Friday, March 4, 2011 at home. Lewis was born May 12, 1972 in Waukegan and attended Wesley Church. He was employed as a heavy equipment mechanic. Lewis was active all his life in sprint car racing. He had a fun loving personality and will be missed by many. Survivors include Dawn, the mother of his two children, Kennedy and Bobby; his mother and father, Faith and Bob Hanna of Winthrop Harbor; and siblings, Louise (Kevin) Stolarik of Lake Villa, IL, David (Joann) Hanna of Beach Park, IL, and Arick Hanna of Winthrop Harbor, IL. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 8, 2011, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Wesley Church, 3601 N. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, IL. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9th, at 10:30 a.m. at Wesley Church with private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Wesley Church have been suggested.
